By accessing and playing Arcane Stacks at https://www.arcanestacks.com/play, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

When you log in using Google OAuth, an account is automatically created for you. You are responsible for any actions taken using your account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users may be banned or restricted from the game at our discretion for engaging in the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating or using exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Spamming or disrupting the game experience for others.
• Misusing resources, including but not limited to excessive load on game servers.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Arcane Stacks is provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees of uptime, bug fixes, or performance. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of the game, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unintended gameplay consequences.

5. Monetization

Arcane Stacks does not contain any in-game purchases, advertisements, or monetization features.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the game at any time, without notice or reason.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of Arcane Stacks shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
